Beth Kollé performs and presents workshops on harp, flute and pennywhistle, and sings in Norwegian, Swedish and Gaelic. She also teaches Scandinavian folkdance and song at festivals and retreats around the United States. She organized the two HARPA tours to Scandinavian to perform and promote harp-playing in 2006 and 2008.
Beth has been featured at Wells BC Celtic Harp Week, the Big Sky Folk Harp Festival in Big Sky MT, several ISFHC HarpCons, Somerset Folkharp Festivals in New Jersey and Virginia, and Southeastern Folkharp Weekend in Asheville NC.
Immersed in both the harp and Scandinavian communities in Seattle, Beth performs solo and with the groups Greensleeves and Seattle Harp Duo. Beth brings a fresh perspective to the ageless traditional music of Scandinavia, Ireland and Scotland.

HARPA 2013 meets in Oslo on May 24, 2013. This time we'll continue our exploration of Norway by visiting rural Telemark County, scenic Bergen, the fjord town of Balestrand, the Art Deco-built town of Ålesund, and then Lillehammer, the site of the 1994 Olympics. Of course we'll be playing our harps, in concerts and in jam sessions, all along the way!
